1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using WebWise services ("we", "our", "us"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

1.1 Eligibility

You declare that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into contracts. If you are using our services on behalf of a company, you declare that you have the authority to bind that company to these Terms.

2. Our Services

WebWise offers the following services:

• Corporate and institutional website development
• Virtual store (e-commerce) creation
• Custom web system development
• Landing page creation
• Premium template sales
• Social media management
• Web development consulting

2.1 Service Limitations

We reserve the right to:

1. Modify or discontinue any service at any time
2. Refuse service to anyone for any reason
3. Change prices without prior notice

3. Contracting and Payment

3.1 Contracting Process

The contracting process includes:

• Initial briefing and requirements analysis
• Detailed commercial proposal
• Contract signing and initial payment
• Project development
• Final delivery and approval

3.2 Payment Conditions

Payments can be made through:

• Credit card (up to 12 installments)
• PIX (with discount for cash payment)
• Bank slip
• Bank transfer

For custom projects, we apply the following payment structure:

• 50% at project start
• 30% upon layout approval
• 20% at final delivery

4. Intellectual Property

4.1 Copyright

All materials, including source code, designs, texts, graphics, logos and other content, are the exclusive property of WebWise or its licensors and are protected by copyright laws.

4.2 License of Use

When purchasing our services, you receive a license for:

• Premium Template: Single commercial use license
• Custom Websites: Full rights to the code specifically developed for you
• E-commerce: Complete system with perpetual usage rights

5. Warranties and Responsibilities

5.1 Service Warranty

We offer the following warranties:

• Proper functioning of delivered code
• Compatibility with specified browsers
• Responsiveness as agreed

5.2 Limitation of Liability

WebWise shall not be responsible for:

1. Indirect, incidental or consequential damages
2. Loss of profits or revenues
3. Problems caused by third-party changes (such as payment platforms)
4. Content provided by the client

6. Deadlines and Delivery

6.1 Schedules

Average delivery times are:

• Templates: 5-7 business days after approval
• Basic Websites: 15-25 business days
• Custom Websites and E-commerce: 30-45 business days

6.2 Delays

Delays may occur due to:

• Delay in step approval by the client
• Scope changes during development
• Force majeure (unforeseen circumstances)

7. Confidentiality

We commit to maintaining the confidentiality of all information provided by the client, including:

• Sensitive business data
• Business strategies
• Financial information

8. Cancellation and Refund

8.1 Cancellation Policy

For custom services:

• Cancellation within 7 days of contracting: 90% refund
• Cancellation after development begins: proportional refund for work not completed
• Cancellation after delivery: no refund

8.2 Premium Templates

For templates, we do not accept returns after download, except in case of proven technical defect.

9. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately after posting on our website. Continued use of services after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

10. General Provisions

10.1 Applicable Law

These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil.

10.2 Jurisdiction

Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the jurisdiction of Belo Horizonte/MG.

10.3 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
